ATTENTION THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUS my sister who lives on her own with two kids got these guys out to fix her boiler they informed her that the pump need replacing and told her it was a new pump to find out by another plumber it was a second hand pump he replaced heating was not working to well so got him out again he drained one radiator charged her £650 00 in total have been trying to contact this guy for a week now no reply left her and kids in a dangerous way I would avoid this company BIG TIME dangerous people

Our gas boiler wasn't working and we were left with no hot water. I thought that I would have needed a boiler replace. Someone recommended Alastair to me and I took a chance. He arrived out that evening inspected it and sorted the problem out. Boiler now running like a dream! :) He is very knowledgeable and explains all. Definitely worth getting someone who knows what they are doing! I'll be using AK Services for all my heating & plumbing needs in the future! :) Thanks, Ollie.

My son rang this guy on saturday morning was told he wad going to another job but if he texted address he would call later. Still waiting!!!! Would have be nice to be told im busy try someone else. Could not recommend.????

Unsatisfied customer. Very abrupt man came to fix my boiler, after doing a lot of talking had no tools with him and would have to come back phone and phoned him. Returned spent 15 min on the boiler then made phone calls and paperwork. Told me it was fixed charged me £120.00 It Wasn’t ! I then had to get another company out to do the job properly, it took them 2 hours £96.00 Boiler is now 100%
