Terrible.. came out looked at my boiler with the torch from his mobile phone.. told me id a leak (the reason I rang) told me a new boiler would be best at 2 grand.. was charged 60 pounds for this.. 15 minutes in my home.. wish I could charge 240 pounds an hour.. so unprofessional...

Called TeamHeat and spoke with Paul. The hot water stopped working on a boiler in my sister Hair Salon. It was obviously urgent as it was affecting her business. Paul called out within an hour and got the boiler working. Thanks for the quick response. William

Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed. Agreed job for oil to gas conversion with Paul. Waited over a month from point of contact for him to complete the engineer form to apply for grant. Contacted numerous times and let down repeatedly. Leaving my elderly mum without heat for longer over winter months. Found new installer, form completed within a few days and new quote at least £800 cheaper! I would not recommend.

Called for an emergency leak. Quick response they were here within the hour..... very helpful.
