Used this company and they were able to fix my boiler, at last a company who knows what their doing!! Was exhausted trying different companies at no avail especially with young children in the home this has been going on since August can’t recommend them enough!! The engineer we had was very skilled for such a young age couldn’t believe r nightmare had finally ended! very reasonable price too compared to what we had paid out to other companies for a terrible end result!!

Very disappointed in the response that I’ve had! Spoke with one member of staff and was given a quote of 350 pound. Waited around for them to arrive ended up a no show rang and was told there was an emergency and it would have to be the afternoon. Still didn’t show in the afternoon and the quote then changed from 350 to 390 after already having paid a 45 pound call out charge! After a few exchanges on the phone I was told to take myself back to Shanghai!!! I found this extremely rude and highly disrespectful. So the work has not been completed and I’m still left to pay a call out fee which should have been deducted from my over bill!!!

Couldn't get hold of my usual service provider so called this number on the off chance. Man on phone talked me through what the problem could be and resolved it within a few minutes. Rare to find a company that put the customer before a call out charge. Will be using them in future. Very impressed A king
