Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Fantastic work ethic with very knowledgeable guys. Very quick to attend. Explained what he had done and how to prevent further problems happening. Will definitely be going back when I can afford to upgrade my bathroom suite! Thank you.

I have my water softener fitted by Valleyserve over a year ago and so far I haven’t had any problems, the engineer who installed it Michael Ferrigan was very professional, he called me before arriving and gave me ETA, explained everything to me before during and after the job also he installed my filtered tap. Would highly recommend valleyserve!

I had a problem with a leak in the airing cupboard and water was coming through the ceiling .A lovely young chap called Bailey was sent out to investigate. He explained the problem and everything to me in detail . He went away and ordered the new parts but it meant I was without water for a few days unfortunately. The new parts were ordered and Bailey was sent out again to replace . He was extremely polite and friendly and showed a very professional and good work ethic . He fitted all the new parts and explained again everything he had changed. He is a credit to the company . Thankyou Bailey and thankyou to Shane Bessa who organised this . Miss G
