HH Power Flush

We have 22 radiators in the house and the problem was that the heat was unevenly distributed. We suspected that there was sludge in the system. In the event there was very little, but Matthew spent much time balancing the radiators and ensuring a more even distribution across the three floors of the house. He included this work in the overall quoted price. He was very professional and careful and we continue to enjoy the much improved heat distribution. We would highly recommend his workmanship.

A fantastic and very professional service provided by Matthew at Hopkins Heating. Power flush, change of central heating pump and extra work within the power flush time at no extra cost and to a very high standard. The mess that came out of my central heating system was simply and seriously unbelievable and for the first time in three years we now have a properly working system and working radiators! This will save - and is saving - money on the cost of electric heating, The system was actually in a pretty bad state and required Matthew to go the extra mile to resolve the problem and he wasn't happy until he had done everything (successfully) - over nine hours of work. He explained everything he did, his communication before and after the work (answering a question) was superb and friendly and he's basically a credit to his profession. I would strongly recommend having a gas qualified engineer to undertake power flush work because of the added complexities and unforeseen things that can be involved and HH Power Flush is definitely the way to go.

Matt had already performed a powerflush in a previous house for us and also at my son's new house so we knew what we were getting; an experienced, capable professional who is extremely tidy and knowledgeable. We have no hesitation in recommending Matt and HH Powerflush to anyone.

Mine is an 11 radiator, traditional boiler system. Matthew took time to explain the process and products over the phone before he arrives on the day, which gave us a good idea of what's going to happen, and the confidence. He came on time, was friendly and a trustworthy person. I was really impressed by his level of knowledge on the subject. Took very good care of our property whilst the activities were being carried out, performed his tasks in a very methodical way without any rush.
