Rescued again by Kwik Call Plumbing when our hot tank sprung a leak, causing damage to central heating pump too. That's twice they've sorted things out for us when it has felt like a disaster zone - calmly and quickly working through all the problems and working really quickly and efficiently to put things right. Greatest experience ever with tis company. Both Tracey in the customer service department and Andrew, an engineer, went above and beyond what could have ever been asked. My 70 year old mother has been without heat and hot water for a week due to another company not being able to sort it. Both Tracey and Andrew went way above what they needed to do and within a day have made it so the boiler is still under warranty and will be fixed immediately (the other company said it would be another two weeks). So appreciative of their help!!
