After purchasing a new build property I had the misfortune of having BS Plumbing & Heating carrying out the warranty work. The young plumber that was usually at the house had a stinking attitude. He was rude, angry and impatient. The workmanship by several different plumbers was awful. They took shortcuts, threw away chromed parts rather than fit them and was never able to get to the bottom of a noisy radiator in my bedroom that made my life a misery (The manager suggested I just hit it with my knee). Not good enough when it would wake me up an hour early.
