Signature Blue

William came at short notice late on a Friday when we had water coming up through the basement floor. He was methodical and thorough, and didn't leave until he had sussed out the problem, an old internal pipe which had developed a leak. Came back a few days later to finish the job, once the emergency was over. Courteous and professional, highly recommended.

I had a serious problem with falling water pressure in my unvented central heating and hot water system. William approached the problem with great skill as well as speed, and, by replacing two parts, managed to rectify the fault. I was really pleased with the highly professional, efficient and friendly service he provided.

Can only agree with other reviewers - William replied to my initial call very quickly and within a couple of days three mixer taps were either repaired or replaced, all problems sorted out. Good service and would certainly recommend to others.
