Utter charlatan. A total scammer labouring under the disposition of an able plumber. He will decide on the spot what to charge you and that will mostly depend on your gender, social class and ethnicity. And there's more than one reason that he doesn't qualify for checkatrade. Go elsewhere and do your research please.
