A-1 Plumbing, Air Cond & Heating

Our laundry room was flooding as I was heading out the door for a physical therapy appointment. The hose connected to the hot water was spewing water and I could not find the shut off valves. In my panic, I called A-1 Plumbing and was told that a plumber would be there within a couple of hours. Because I didn't know when I would be home, I gave them the garage code and warned about watching for the pets. The people at the company, from the dispatcher to Plumbers, went out of their way to make it work. The plumber called as I was finishing my appointment to let me know that he was on his way. In 40 years of home ownership, this is one of the top 5 service calls I've had the pleasure to receive. He found the problem, fixed it quickly, vacuumed and mopped up water and was sweet to my pets. The bill was far lower than I was expecting. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

My sewer line was clogged and it started to back up my bathroom and kitchen sink. I needed someone to come out fast. I got referred to A-1 Plumbing from a good friend of mine and I am happy we went with them. After giving us the run down as to what could be causing this, what we were told was a main line sewer back up, they gave us a reasonable estimate and Johnny the plumber was able to clear everything out and get things moving again. They came out quickly and were very nice. I would use them again if I need an honest plumber.

Their pricing is fair and you can depend on them! The tech arrived to my home early both times! Dave in the office is more than accommodating she actually cares about the customers!

Wow; such a great experience! Johnny came out on the same day and nipped my problem in the bud. Reasonable price; takes credit cards, and this guy went above and beyond. He was actually fun to chat with; not creepy at all for the ladies out there. Plumbing problems suck, but this company makes it less painful. Great service & highly recommend

They saved us. After being jerked around by American Home Shield for a week, we were fed UP. How can it take a week to get a water heater?!?!?! My poor Mom...no hot water for more than a week while we waited on American Home Shield. (Have since cancelled them) Finally in desperation, I called A-1 Plumbing (I'm not from here, and was trying to help my Mom while here visiting, so I had no idea who is good, etc) Johnny took pity on me and promised us a water heater early the next morning. My Mom didn't believe it. Lo and behold, they showed up as promised, did a great job, and the two guys who installed it were just as nice and polite as they could be. And a few hours later, a very happy Mom after a very hot shower! HIGHLY recommend this company.
