Royale Plumbing

Steve is great! I had two leaky bathroom sinks and a toilet tank that leaked copious amount of water. Called Steve at Royale Plumbing at 8:30 am this morning and was able to get an appointment with Steve between 2:00-3:00pm. He arrived at 1:50 pm and started working. He is very professional, competent and fixed the problem! The charges were very reasonable! He was punctual, friendly, reliable, and mostly importantly, trustworthy. He also explained the issues with my dishwasher, addressed them, and advised me how to prevent them in the future. I would use them again. I will definitely recommend Royale Plumbing to my friends. We would definitely use this service. Now, my only complaint about Royale Plumbing is deciding which of their staff to request next time I need a plumber. Just use these guys, you won't be disappointed because as I know every plumber is amazing in this company!

The wonderful reviews about this company are 100% true.  At 6 am this morning I called them for help. What awesome guys!   They took my call with a wonderfully cheerful attitude. They asked me to take some photos of my dead water heater and to email them to them right away.   A short while later he called back as he had not yet received them - we were still busy taking them - but what fantastic support!  He then spent half of hour talking to me about the unique challenges of my water heater installation Customer service like this is so rare. I truly felt like they were a friend looking out for me and my best interests. When I next need regular plumbing services there is only one person I'm going to call. Thanks Royal Plumbing!

This place is a joke. Their service and employees have no sense of customer service. The plumbers came over, not knowing I speak and understand Spanish, and within 2 min of arrival they were having disrespectful conversations. Not some crew you want hanging around your house. And the problem is worse than they found it.

I don't know much about plumbing, but I do know good customer service. I had some issues under my kitchen sink where the drains had become disconnected. The existing plumbing was kind of a mess & the guys from Royale Plumbing replaced & repaired the hack job that was there when I bought my place. I called RP at around 4:15 in the afternoon & spoke to Janelle. She was extremely helpful & reassuring & also clear about pricing etc. Although the price seemed high (I have nothing to compare it to), there was no confusion about what I should expect. Janelle let me know that the plumber(s) would be at my place between 6pm & 9pm. 3 hours is a big window & they ended up arriving closer to 9 than 6, but I appreciated that it was on short notice. The plumbers determined that there was more work than initially anticipated & I received a call from Janelle to inform me of additional costs while the guys were there/before they did the work. The guys were quiet & clean & respectful. They were there for almost an hour, I think. They did a great job & I feel confident that things are way better than they were before. I would definitely use Royale Plumbing again.

Best five start experience ever!!!! Punctual, polite, friendly service. Good business, I would recommend no other company to serve the consumers needs. Did wonderful and very professional job remodeling our huge bathroom. Roughed in perfectly, I had not one concern for the work they do. If you need the job done and done right, well, these are the right guys to come to. Very rare to find such a company that will strive to meet the consumers needs as well as this company has done, and done very well. I give this company 10 stars if the option was there, so they will have to settle for the highest offered: FIVE STAR SERVICE WITH FIVE STAR WORKMANSHIP.
