I would say that I got the best experience to deal with this company. The service was quality, the plumber was nice and was done quick. Most important, good prices too.

Update - in the meantime, I heard from 2 other neighbors that they also had jewelry stolen from the same B.M. Plumbing company. Our manager, who hires them keeps silent. Sterling Property runs my building as well. After the manager let BM Plumbing workers into my apartment unsupervised, my jewelry (over $1500) was missing from the bathroom they had worked in. Contacting them didn't help much, no response.
