What a sham. Fancy website, sounds great. They have services and prices posted and scheduling is quick and easy. Right away they set the appointment. Then you are bombarded with an idiotic amount of e mails and text messages about the upcoming appointment. The 8-10am appointment time came and went without an appearance or call. When I called they offered to reschedule. I agreed and again more e mails and texts. Again no show. This time they called and asked if their handyman showed up because they have been unable to reach him. 2 hours later without calling this sloppy looking guy appears. I show him what I need done. He has no tools, no material , wants a deposit to buy material and RENT tools at my expense. Tell them as I did. GET OUT. If you look at the review posted two reviews down. Max Dichter. When I did some research about this company his name is listed as an employee. To Max..... Spend more time getting better employees and you won’t need to write your own phony reviews. At least be smart enough to put it under a phony name.

I would give this service zero stars if I could. I needed an electrician and booked a service call. It was 8 days out as the earliest available which was along time to wait, but I figured I could wait rather than hassle with another service. I received multiple texts and emails confirming my appointment. I took the day off of work to meet the electrician. Then 5 minutes after the appointment was to happen I got a call saying they had 3 vendors in the area but none can come. She said she was sorry and said she could do nothing to help....it was "just the way it is" . Not only did I wait over a week.....then take time off of work.....but then only go a CANCELLATION. Terrible!

Awful company, just awful. Show up with no skills and no parts

I used serviz for carpet cleaning and also had them do plumbing work on my house. They were on time and professional.

Love this service. Excellent with carpet cleaning and they do great job. Highly recommend
