Phoned today to book a service. Was told that they are to busy doing housing executive work and they can't assist for a month and a half . To be honest they could of book me in and done some private work nxt week or planned ahead. I am not saying anything about there work it could be brilliant .

Excellent customer service, quick and tidy. Hot water stopped working, weren’t able to come out on the day of calling (can’t blame them if they’re busy, was the start of winter). When they did call out problem was diagnosed and part was ordered. fixed very quickly and cheaper than boiler manufacturer quote for same fix. I’ll use them from now on for yearly boiler service

ATS fitted our new gas boiler today. We were very impressed with their speedy service and surprised there was no mess to be seen post installation! We would definitely recommend ATS to friends as they are professional, reliable and stand by their word! Their honesty must also be commended as we accidentally overpaid and they promptly brought this to our attention and immediately transferred the money back into our account! Well done on providing an excellent service!!!

Poor customer service and sheer dishonesty. After not showing up to the first job I booked, I conceded to pay an after-hours call out fee to resolve my issue that evening and restore heat. Operator said the technician would call to let me know they were on their way and didn't. I stayed in all evening waiting for the technician, only to find a 'Sorry we missed you' card delivered through the door when the house was occupied at all times. Never knocked, rang doorbell or attempted to call me. Operator denied this was the case in the morning. Very disappointed as they have carried out work for us in the past.

Got ATS to service my gas boiler. Good communication, prompt service and very affordable prices. Highly recommended.
