3/6/15 Following a recent boiler inspection, I would like to praise the the engineer who carried out the work. His attention to detail and thorough inspection had him find a couple of problems with the boiler. First was a corroded pipe which could have resulted in carbon monoxide poisoning and a corroded condenser. Both were promptly replaced with efficiently. The young man who carried out this work was courteous and polite. However the only name I had for him was Tom/Tam. Many Thanks. Sandra Paterson St Georges Road Glasgow G3 6JT
They tried to con me out of a new boiler. We got a second opinion and it was sorted with 1 new cheap part.
Disappointed with this company. Called them out in the middle of October for a quote, engineer arrived - took some rough measurements and stated quote would be with me by the end of the month. Despite follow up emails/calls I am yet to receive a quote bearing in mind this is now the 19th of November. Clearly this company does not wish to keep its potential clients informed of any information. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE GUYS!!!!
