Prices good however when the delivery driver turned up he said it was a kerbside delivery and refused to move the boiler 20ft from his van to my garage, what if I was disabled or elderly not very helpful at all, got radiators the day before from another site and they were a lot heavier the parcel force driver could not have been more helpful and helped me put the radiators into the garage no problem, to me this is the deciding factor on wether I will use Mr Central Heating again. Poor customer service at the end of what was generally a good buy will make me think twice next time about buying from Mr Central Heating.

The boys at Mr Central Heating were excellent. I called a few places today to get boiler prices, and not only were they the most competitive, but also the most helpful to someone who is not a gas fitter and may have needed more time to explain things to. Great service from the guys, thank you, would recommend 100%.

The staff here were very welcoming to myself a first time buyer. Got what I needed at a great price and also got a tea cake into the bargain.
