Nigel Qualter Plumbing and Heating

Qualter replaced my 86 year old fathers boiler about 5 years ago. We ended up in Court re shoddy workmanship, always two sides to a story but we finally 'agreed' a settlement simply to get rid of him so we could make a start on the remedial works. The boiler required repositioning, radiators power flushed again as rads still ran cold due to sludge not having been successfully removed. The new pressurised combi boiler system leaked pressure after he had left - a disaster for anybody but worse for an 86 year old living on his own. Reminds me of the Disney expression 'Talk the Talk' and 'Walk the Walk' Would we ever use his services again - NO would be our reply ! Funny how ALL the 23 testimonials on his website are positive.

Incompetent simple as that, wouldn't trust him near anything in my home!

Very poor service. Charged me over £100 for a job he never completed. British gas later came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot for £79. Next time I have a problem with my boiler I'm calling British Gas, you can rely on them.
