Richmonds Plumbing & Heating

After recently using Richmond’s for the first time I can safely say that they provide the most professional and reliable service I’ve ever experienced. From quote to completion the team went the extra mile - all at a great price too.

I have been using Richmonds Plumbing and Heating since 2007. I have found Rob Richmond to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had everything done from a new boiler to leaking taps and replacement radiators. His staff do an excellent job and are always efficient and friendly. They are a mix of what I call water plumbers and gas plumbers (qualified Gas Safe). Robs wife Clare often answers the phone and is always very courteous and arranges appointments and reacts well to urgent problems. I am just about to book a service on my boiler (a Worcester Bosch that was fitted by Rob's staff) and have discussed having one of these hand units to control my heating. Rob is going to bring one round for me to look at. I have recommended this company to my friends and I am still using them after 12 years so they must be doing something right! I recommend this company and give it a 5* review which Rob and his staff deserve.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Really disappointed with richmonds service. They came out more than once over a few weeks and failed to fix the problem. With charging us £300 for a service they didnt provide adequately. After getting out another boiler company to fix our boiler we found out they had fitted faulty products. They are over priced and bad customer service would NOT recommend at all!!!!!

Excellent service. Have had a friendly and professional service from Rob and his team for 15 years now. He fulfills all my plumbing and heating needs at a competitive price and in a timely fashion.

Nearly had one of their vans nearly plough into us at the Trinity Street roundabout in Gainsborough! Terrible driving! 16.40 8.8.2019
