I placed an initial call to H&L on a thursday evening regarding a home sewer line backup in Rancho Cordova, CA. I set up an appointment for the next morning at 8:30. The crew arrived exactly on time and expertly identified my problem via a scope scan of the service line. Repair was done and the crew offered several solutions to prevent future issues. The owner of the company even sent a personalized thank you card in the mail afterwards, which just reaffirmed my opinion of their commitment to quality and service.
