Charles arrived on time and was very courteous, honest, fair and thorough. I wish every service provider would maintain a commitment to their customers like these guys do!

My review is way overdue. I had an emergency in which my water heater suddenly went into its death throes. I didn't know a plumber so went online to find one. I did the usual due diligence and checked reviews whenever possible. I took a chance on Sanctified and am happy to have done so. Charles was quick to respond to my emergency and got a new water heater installed. He also got all the necessary permits for the installation and took away the corpse of my old unit. The work was professional, and he made sure to clean-up the work area when the installation was completed. Awesome job! Charles and Angela are great people to work with and I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

I can't speak highly enough to the personal service, attention to detail, cleanliness and the work that Charles and Angela did. I had several small repairs that I needed done and a new toilet installation as well. What I liked most about Charles is that he always took the time to explain things to me and he's honest, direct and straight to the point. What also stood out is that Charles breaks down the situation and gives you options - talks about pros and cons. He never tried to pressure me and just wanted to make sure I understood the different options so I felt comfortable in deciding my next step of action with my plumbing repairs. I was referred to Sanctified Plumbing by another local plumbing company since it was beyond their capability. We had a clogged tub drain and toilet. Gross! Charles arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away and was able to hydrojet my pipes from the roof to clear the clogg and fixed my problem. I was really impressed with Charles’ knowledge and professionalism. Great service!
