Called Ray to come out and check plumbing issues on a weekend loved the prompt service. I could not have been happier with his customer service he fixed my issue right away. WOW Building my own custom home was a challenge enough. I wanted to hire all trades myself and know who was working on my creation. I found Ray interviewed him and instantly had a great feeling that he knew his craft. It is a big home over 4,000 sq ft with a kitchen inside and out and 4 bathrooms and one outside. This craftsman took my plans and went to work. I am so happy for the ease of the relationship through the process and the workmanship. If you overlook this company you could be disappointed!
Had ray come out to give me an estimate on my master shower. Couldn’t get my water to stay either hot or cold it would always bounce back and fourth. Company prior told me it was something with my water heater so I called ray for another opinion. Turns out it wasn’t the water heater just the valve at the shower. Saved me hundreds and had the job done in 30 min! I’ll definitely be using him again!
A couple weeks ago I called Ray because my toilet was broken. He came over right away and fix the problem, he was very attentive, fast, and accurate. This things can be very expensive but he gave me a reasonable price. I will certainly recommend Ray if you are looking for someone you can trust. He listened all my concern and walked me through the whole process of getting my toilet fix. Thank you Ray!! I will definitely call him back!!
Only reason I called them was because of the review. Online it said was a free estimate. When the guy came he looked at the job and priced me $165 to start to take out one rusted lug nut from a faucet. He was overpriced and I had to help him to remove the lug nut. He didn’t even replace the faucet for that amount of money charged.
