Joel is an awesome plumber. He has all the latest tools to get the job done right and fast. He helped us with some clogged drains and a new water heater install. He worked through all the difficulties with the way the prior heater was installed and got us setup very quickly. High quality work and a nice guy, too. Would use again without hesitation.

Andrew gave outstanding service when he came to our home to repair a busted pipe that flooded part of our garage! I’ve never met an individual who takes so much pride in the work they perform. Although the insurance didn’t pay for the retro-fit, it was totally worth what I paid to have my pipes look aesthetically pleasing as the work completed by a previous plumber was a complete eye sore! Andrew was a courteous and knowledgeable technician who took the time to explain what needed to be done prior to starting the work. Andrew has totally regained my trust for individuals in his line of work. Should I ever need plumbing services in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate on calling Street Plumbing & Rooter to resolve my issue! I give them Two Thumbs Up for an awesome job!!!!

Do not use them. Unprofessional,. Installed water heater and started leaking in a week and would not come to check it. Stay away from them. There are much better people then them.

Homeowners be ware! Genesis at Street Plumbing doesn't seem to know what he is doing and is shady. I called Old Republic Homeowners Insurance on 5/20/19 to address the issue I had in the top bathroom where the tank was not filling up after I flushed the toilet. Genesis from Street Plumbing showed up on 5/21/19 and said it was the flap that needed to be replaced which he did. After he left, we had the same problem with the tank not filling up after flushing the toilet so we would have to jiggle the fill valve. I called Street Plumbing back and left a message but didn't get a call back so called Old Republic who called them. Still no response so I called Street Plumbing on 5/29/19. Genesis came on Friday, 5/31/19, saw the problem and said I think I may have something so went back to his truck. He tried to cheat me and as I watched from the top window of my house, I saw him put a defective valve in an empty box in his truck and bring it in. When I asked if the part was new when he was replacing the old one, his comment was "didn't you see me take it out of the box"? When he was replacing the old valve, he told me to leave so he could work. I went downstairs. A few minutes later he came downstairs and said it was fixed and took off. My husband heard the water running and when we went upstairs, the water was just running from the tank into the bowl so we had to shut down the valve. I called and spoke with Stephanie at Street Plumbing and let her know what happened and to see if Genesis could come back and fix it properly since he had just left. She said she would call him. Since I didn't hear from her or Gensis, I called Old Republic and they got another plumber to come on Saturday to replace the valve and it is working fine. I am sure Genesis charged Old Republic for new part but it was an old defective part he took out from another customer's toilet! I compared the part information inside the box (there were still some papers in it and outside of the box) with the valve number that he installed and they were different! What a rip off! His license should be removed and he should be reported to Better Business Bureau. Please do NOT use this company if you don't want to be ripped off.
