Not very smart! However, I must apologize for calling the plumber an idiot. Was willing to pay to have part of the drain tightened because the gasket became loose. Plumber kept on pushing new drain segment. I wouldn’t agree to it. Plumber was told that drain was clogged. I told the plumber I needed to know if drain was still clogged first. “How am I going to do that?” I told him to just turn on the faucet! There was a plastic tub underneath. He walked out and I tightened the gasket in less than a minute. They didn’t make $100-$200+ I wanted to have a new person come out but the person taking calls was not understanding at all and couldn’t listen. They made nothing but I am not happy at all.

This is my new go-to plumber I would recommend them to everyone. Chris was great came out earlier then the timeline they gave me. He was a very knowledgeable tell me what was wrong in the first five minutes he was here and the whole job was done within two hours. Chris did a great job.

Begin to head out to work on a Friday morning only to be greeted by a front yard of sewage! Called SP&R given past Google Reviews and spoke with Milakaa. She worked me in and had a plumber onsite that morning (supported with text updates leading to arrival). Chris was the professional plumber to arrive at the house. He properly assessed the situation, gave a fair estimate, and performed the work in under 1 hour (diligently fixing issue). Super professional, courteous, and hard working... found my go to plumbing company this day forward. Thank you! Jeff

Federico came out on the same day I called and had our drain cleared in no time. Price was more than reasonable.

Chris is an excellent and professional technician. Will not use any other company now that I have found this one!! Prices are fair, he is punctual and polite.
