Totally Tankless Inc.

This company stole some equipment from me after I loaned it to them since they did not own the equipment and the cost for the equipment was around $2,500 we're done other work with this company and thought that they were a good honest company but come to find out they're just a bunch of crooks I would not trust them in my house or around my house they have never once tried to repay me for my equipment or give my equipment back I hope people read this review and understand where I'm coming from if you do use them good luck and I hope they do not rip you off. By the way when they borrowed the equipment I had owned a plumbing company in Rancho Cordova. Just to keep in mind they used to be called Sutherland Plumbing why did they all of a sudden change their name because they were so honest and such a good and "Reliable Plumbing Company" that people should keep calling them probably not!!!!!

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

I would not recommend this company for tankless water heater service. They botched a diagnosis and repair of my tankless water heater, taking 8 service calls to figure out what was wrong with my heater, at one point they told me I had to replace the heater. Turns out the electrical control box was faulty and needed to be replaced.After almost $1,000 in parts and labor, they finally figured out what was wrong. One star since they were mostly pleasant despite the frustrating experience.
