My husband and I had such a great experience with your technician Steve. He came to our home with a very personable and Gave us an explanation in regards to our AC unit that we could understand. He set up a meeting to have Mary come out to us and give us more information on purchasing a new unit. We were satisfied with both representative of your company.

Joe R was very knowledgeable and professional during his plumbing inspection of our home today. We appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly explain the results and recommended solutions. He went above and beyond our expectations by addressing a simple water valve fix in our back and front yards at no additional cost. We highly recommend Joe for any plumbing needs you may have through JR Putman. Having a safety inspection done with him at the helm is well worth your time.

Steve appeared to be knowledgeable. He was very professional and had clear communication regarding the situation and next steps. The root cause of the problem is still under investigation and will hopefully find it during the next scheduled appointment. Efrain from J R Putman was out the other day to do the semiannual inspection of my heating and cooling system. He was extremely professional in his job. He explained what he would be checking and what each part of the system did. He asked me if I had any issues that he hadn’t touched on. Before he left we went over a 3 page checklist that showed the results of his inspection. I found Efrain to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. Brian from J R Putman just left my house after doing a complete review of the plumbing. He was extremely professional and polite and very conscious of my time restraints. He did a thorough walk through with me of all the connections, both inside and outside of the house. The good news is that everything is in good shape The better news is that Brian didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. People like Brian are a great example of why I like being in J R Putman’s no cost annual inspection program.

Great service and great technicians! Professional all the way! I purchased a home last November that had a 32 year old system that somehow passed the home inspection, but didn’t have what it takes to make it through the summer. I called JR Putman for a service thinking a tune up would fix things and we discovered that they entire HVAC system was on its last legs. The old system was barely chugging and any cold air was escaping through holes and leaks in the duct work. From there, Brad came out and did more looking and measuring and set us up with a good system and was able to get the install crew out the next day. Brad presented all options from basic system to high end crazy systems and no pressure at all, I really appreciated his style. The install crew arrived the next morning at 8:00 and went to work. The crew was very polite, considerate and professional—you can tell that they take pride in their work the company. The entire job took two and half days and considering the amount of work they did, I am impressed. Thank you JR Putman, you have a customer for life!
