Luca was able to attend very quickly. He is very nice and polite and fixed the issue very quickly and explained the problem immediately and also came up with an alternative solution. He has also sent me a video of his work, whiles I was in my office. Would recommend him!

Luca and his colleague Mario visited to inspect the work needed at 5pm and then said they were prepared to tackle the work straightaway as we are expecting delivery of the dishwasher in the next few days.
