Awful service. Boiler broke within months of being fitted. Replacement broke after 18 months. I've been waiting 3 months for it to be fixed. Have been told for weeks that they were waiting for delivery and finally told last week that it would be installed today. Having waited several hours I am now told it was damaged yesterday but they forgot to tell me.
