I turned to Empire Leak Detection company after a few mishaps with the plumbers my home warranty company sent out, who are not actually leak detectors but won't mind charging the customer for it. Andy from Empire Leak Detection company is a professional. He is punctual and is very good at what he does. He brought in special equipment to listen to the water. He marked the location of the leak. Cost was reasonable. My whole family room didn't have to be torn a part to fix the leak thanks to him. Going through an in slab leak is no fun and very stressful, so finding a qualified person to do the job is important. I highly recommend him. He also answered my phone calls and emails even after the job was done when I needed additional advice.

Can you imagine the state of our house and our shower drain considering that we have 2 long haired ladies in the house? Even though we clean regularly the shower we kept getting clogged no matter what we did. So, after brief consideration and evaluating recommendations we called Empire Leak Detection for help because we couldn’t simply figure out what was wrong. Whatever was clogging the drain was unreachable and we needed plumbing services. They came at the time we agreed, and they quickly checked the drain. It was actually hair, what was clogging it was very deep into the drain tube. They did their thing and soon our drain was working perfectly again! And just as we imagined: it was hair! I appreciate so much the excellent service, so I will give them 5 out of 5 stars! Now we can forget about the idea of cutting our hair, at least for a while!

Empire Leak Detection did a great job! I called Empire Leak Detection to look at my leaky hot water heater, the owner answered and as able to get me scheduled the same day. Two gentlemen came to my condo. They were very professional and informative. One of them showed me that my supply line was the culprit, he also explained to me the life span of a water heater and suggested that I replace the water heater, or he could replace the supply line for now. Since I was not exactly ready to replace my water heater, I asked for the supply line to be replaced for the time being. The plumber allowed me to watch them work (for my own learning), he even explained what he was doing and how the systems work. I am really happy with the service that I was given, I will give these guys a call when I am ready to replace my water heater and any other plumbing needs. These guys gained a customer for life! My family and I went on vacation for two weeks and it was perfect; I didn’t imagine that when we returned home we would find everything in chaos.
