Thank you Michael and Jasan for coming in the middle of the night to help us with our clogged toilet. Thank you for not charging us 400-500 like the other "Big First place in Google". We really appreciate your business and we strongly recommend Rooters On Time!!!! Very clean and pleasant, and did a great job! We will use them as long as they will provide the supreme customer services.

Do not use them!! I paid $1300.00 for a job that was never done, we completely got scammed after 3 other plumbers confirmed it. I called the owner Leo and he said he would come by himself and see if the work had been done. Our appointment was at 1pm, I rushed home on my lunch hour to meet him and he never showed up or called, I called him at 1:30 and his excuse was he just woke up because he took medication for a hurt back. UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST!! Please be warned and do not use them.

They fixed my shower knob quickly

They came out last Friday evening and unclogged our kitchen sink within minutes. They were prompt, friendly and just wonderful! He also provided us with a quote to do a re-pipe on a problem area, and we are having them come back on Thursday. Update: Leo and his team came out and completed the re-pipe in a mere 8 hours! These guys are fantastic, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done!

I highly recommend Rooters On Time! My experience with them was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely polite, on time, very responsive to all of my questions, and did a great job. Harry unclogged my drain line, and rebuilt the drain pipes under my sink that were all wrong. The work was done beautifully, he was very personable, he cleaned up after himself, and really worked to save me money by not doing unnecessary repairs. I definitely will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!!
