My hot water service was dead and I needed a replacement. Not only was Paul able to deliver the same day, his plumber was professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.

DO NOT USE PJT GREEN PLUMBING!!! My partner and I had a water tank installed by them in Sep 2016, connected to 2 toilets and 2 garden taps, and have had issues with it since Oct 2016 (ie since it had enough water in it to be useable). I’m writing this in Aug 2018. The first time we had an issue, an employee came out and got it going again. The second time we had an issue over Xmas 2016, and this is where things went downhill. A very young employee (an apprentice??) was sent out, but did not satisfactorily fix the problems. We then tried to speak to the owner Paul Talbot about it – we sent several emails, posted a letter, made several phone calls to, and called in to the office, but we gave up in Feb 2017 after realising that Paul was not going to get back to us. (I managed to speak to him in Feb ‘17 on his mobile: he said he couldn’t take my call and would call me back, but he never did). We then approached the Victorian Building Authority, who came out to assess the tank installation, and found defects. VBA then issued Paul with a Rectification Notice, but he ignored it. We then made a claim on his insurance (which took a further 8 months before we were paid out) so we could pay a new plumber to rectify the faults. We have only just this week (in Aug 2018) had it all completed and signed off by VBA, 23 months since PJT installed the tank. I wanted to post a review a long time ago because we did not want anyone else to go through this appalling treatment from Paul Talbot and PJT Green Plumbing, but I also wanted to wait and see if Paul would resolve this civilly. This review is not necessarily a reflection on all of PJT’s employee: the main 2 or 3 men who installed the system (Paul was not one of them) seemed nice enough, but clearly the total work did not meet VBA regulations. So, DO NOT USE PJT GREEN PLUMBING!!! Thankfully, our new plumber has got the system up and running as it should, and our contact at VBA tells us that Paul Talbot continues to be pursued by the VBA…

Paid deposit for 2 water tanks. Dimensions as quoted were unavailable. Hence order cancelled. Still waiting for refund of deposit 2.5 months later :-(((
