My parents have had Andrew come out twice to their house and I have been there each time. Both my parents & I found Andrew to be very polite & professional in his work. He answered all our questions, explained everything clearly & did a great job for a great price on their new rinnai gas heater. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Would not use again. spent time on personal calls while charging for work. 2 hrs at site, 25 mins on the phone and 40 mins talking about his own interests with me. actual work took about 30mins and he charged $500 plus materials.
