Rick Wade has just finished installing a new bathroom for me but we have also used Rick many times before for various plumbing and heating jobs. Rick is 100% reliable, honest, trustworthy and hard working. He's a very professional and tidy worker who is very easy to have working in a home environment. He turns up on time, gets on with the job without fuss, offers advice and suggestions when they are needed and is excellent value for money. Not surprisingly, Rick is in demand and, although he is booked up several months in advance for big, non essential jobs like bathroom installations, he still manages to respond quickly to urgent jobs such as leaks and boiler repairs. Likes coffee with milk and one sugar.
