Royal Flush Drainage

We were very impressed with the way Royal Flush responded to our initial phone call and quickly assessed the problem. They arranged a return visit and repaired the damaged drain. We were also very impressed with the thorough work carried out, the commitment to the job and the condition they left the garden when they had finished. We would certainly recommend Royal Flush.

I bought a new build and the upstairs drains were not working - we could not use the toilet or showers without flooding the garage. Royal Flush were quick to react sending a CCTV team within hours! Dyno-Rod's lead time was 1 week! They quickly found that my upstairs drains were not even connected to the street drainage!! They quoted a very competitive price and commenced work immediately. As I was a work during the remedial works they took pictures every step of the way to show me how the issue was resolved. I would not think twice to use them again. In summary "Top set of guys who know their stuff at a competitive price!".

Be careful. There website says they will give you a quote for the work but they didn't with me. They wanted to cut into the soil stack before fully checking were the issue was. Which was a blockage further down the drain. Then charged 3x the £30 they quote on the website as a starting price.
