I don't recall ever writing a review about service, but this is the exception. Sam Solis is my new plumber. Next time I need service, I hope he's available. Not only did he do an excellent job, he was also a pleasure to talk with. I wish more companies hired techs that made a bad experience and good experience. He did the job A-Z. I also want to give a shout out to the receptionist dispatcher. I didn't catch her name, but she was very pleasant over the phone and gave me a good time estimate. Thank you 12 Hour Express

From the time they answered the phone to the time Cade left it was a amazing experience. No waiting Cade was on time and great at his job. Cleared the clogged drain and left our home clean. Only plumbing service we will ever use customers for life.

Once again, I highly recommend this company! We had a leak in an upstairs condo we rent out and it damaged the unit below. They came out quickly and although the initial diagnosis turned out not to be the case they continued to be involved until the issue was resolved.
