24-7 Plumbing and Drain

We contacted 24/7 about our water heater and they were able to come check it out the SAME day! They gave us a nice window of time when the tech would be there and they even gave us a text when he wasn’t on his way. He identified the issue right away and was able to check for me when we purchased our water heater and even determined the part was under warranty. He handled the ordering of the last and was able to install it 2 business days later. We were very happy with the service and the price and will absolutely use 24/7 for our plumbing needs in the future.

I called around 12pm because I had a clogged main line. My wife and son are essentially without water at this point because any use causes sewage water to backed up in our tub and sinks. Donnie answered and he was extremely courteous and professional. I was wary at first because due to the nature of our problem (it could have been a major repair) he was unable to give me an immediate quote. He informed me that once a technician was on site and could diagnose the problem, with no cost for the diagnosis, we could get an estimate on the repair. We were under no obligation to pay anything unless we agreed to said repairs. Lucky for us it was only a clog. Our Technician Travis Rainey was amazing. He treated my family and my house with utmost care. He removed the blockage and was upfront about the cause (a design flaw in the draining from houses built around this time) and advised us that we should get the section of drain causing the blockage replaced but that it wasn't an immediate problem as these types of drains tend to get blocked after a few years. In any case. I really like the transparency and honesty, I really liked the promptness and professionalism of both Donnie and Travis, and I like that I didn't have to sell my liver for the repair. I plan on using 24-7 Plumbing and Drain in the future (though hopefully far future because I don't want any more issues any time soon).

24-7 continues to validate why I use them for all my plumbing needs. Today, Travis did great work in a timely fashion and a fair cost. Many thanks.

Called at 8:30 in the the morning and was told they could be there by 12pm. They showed up right when they said they would and Travis was very professional and informative. Work was done in a timely manner and explained perfectly. Good company, will definitely use again if I need a plumber in the future.

Called 24-7 because my hot water heater stopped working on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I have a houseful of people, so it wouldn't be good to have to wait until next week for some help. Nick, at 24-7 sent Don out the next day. Super knowledgeable, very personable, and fixed my water heater in no time at all. Did a great job, reasonably priced. Thanks Don. I appreciate it.
