M Thomas Caravan Repairs

Had a service and motor mover fitted last January at home. Alan and Mike did a great job and at a keen price. Had great banter with Mike about the old days in Towyn, would recommend them without hesitation.

Nothing is too much trouble ,they are very reliable and if you have a problem with your caravan these guys will fix it They are very reasonably priced to ,I have used them on numerous accessions with no problems at all A Very satisfied customer who would recommend this company to anyone J Williams ( no fingers)

Fantastic service, very prompt. I rang on Monday with a problem on my truma boiler, arranged a time for this morning and true to their word they arrived on time, less than an hour later parts replaced and I'm now all back up and running! Very pleased! Thanks guys.

IF YOU WANT YOUR REPAIR DOING THEN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT TO DO A QUOTE ON MY TOURER CARAVAN & ASSURED ME I WOULD GET A WRITTEN QUOTE BY EMAIL. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE DESPITE SENDING A NUMBER OF TEXT MESSAGES. WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY THEY TOOK THE TIME TO GO OUT IN THE 1ST PLACE. TIME IS MONEY..... IT IS CLEAR THAT M.THOMAS CARAVAN REPAIRS LIKE TO PICK & CHOOSE WHICH REPAIRS THEY WANT TO DO WITHOUT INFORMING THEIR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! DON'T USE THEM !!!!
