Bully Boys, no clue what so ever, made the job worse had to hire another plumber to fix what they damaged, then when you try speak to the head of the business you get this rude obnoxious woman on the phone who screams and shouts at you. Bullied into paying for services not carried out. They go through your personal items used tooth brush to apply silicone and then try hide it back in bathroom cabinet. Avoid these at all costs.

Had them to do some major drain works. Quite hard to keep on site but eventually got the job done. You do have to sit on top of them and monitor as they only have a few experienced guys. Left a few issues we had to sort and not the tidiest.

Honestly the worst company I have dealt with. Hires them to sign off a water pipe. They came out inspected it and didn't give the right certificate. Asked for a new certificate and they said yes but never received one. Not sure if they are actually wras certified as it says on their website. Completely useless I got United utilities to sign it off in the end. Avoid at all costs

Total rip off. jet washed my drains when even the guys doing them said that would make no difference. Threatened with debt collectors if I didn't pay. Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company
