Had a fairly urgent job, tap would not switch off, meaning we had no hot water. Had trouble getting other local plumbers to even return my calls. Richard agreed to call round later same day, arrived on time, and rebuilt the (very) old tap and got it working again quickly. Prompt, efficient, & very helpful, would definitely use him again should the need arise.

Brilliant and quick service from Richard. I rang him and he was with us a couple of hours later and even came out on his lunch break to help. Our issue wasn’t in an easy place to get to but Richard made no complaints, found the issue and fixed it in no time at all.

Richard kindly came out tonight to fix a leak on an emergency call-out. He came out very quickly, within 30 minutes of my call. He immediately identified the problem, fixed and explained everything. He is very personable, diligent and reassuring and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
