I booked an appointment with this company as I had to get my washing machine fixed. When the technician arrived he noticed a necessary part missing. He went out to purchase it, came back quickly and without a hassle, he went straight in to his work!

I had booked an appointment with this company with a specific engineer as I was recommended by a friend. However, the appointment got rescheduled for another day as the engineer had a hospital appointment. I was glad he had informed me in advance! Good service!
