I called the number for this company and got an answering service who sent me a plumber from a completely different company. This is apparently how they operate but it was not made clear until the plumber asked for a deposit for work. The second company had been incorporated for only one week and the guy got annoyed when I started asking about insurance and credentials.

This company did a great job with a broken dishwasher, toliet installation, and some bathroom work. The guy they sent did such a great job that I'm having him install a hot water heater and dishwasher in the next few weeks. Service was professional, prompt, and within my budget.
