Great initial experience repairing my oil fired boiler about 3 years ago. He came back twice and got everything working, and really was a very good job. Impressed. But recently, I needed a boiler service a repair and a radiator fixing that did not heat up. After multiple ignored calls and promises to call back - when I did get to speak, still no actual confirmation of a date. Pretty poor service I'm afraid.

Installed Pipework to New Boiler incorrectly, which caused Air locks and then refused to correct it.
