Having booked them for a plumbing job after kitchen refit, I was left with a disconnected hob which the fitters removed but could not refit as they had not informed me that a registered gas fitter was required. So on the morning of the plumbing job I called again and asked could they send someone who connect my hob as well. They resolved both of my issues by sending engineer earlier than original appointment and this person was great who got the kitchen fully functional again quickly without drama, fuss or inflated bill. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone requiring plumbing or gas services.

Polite and friendly local team. Great value. Fast response even over the Xmas break. As an engineer I questioned what needed repair and why, the technician was very knowedgable and explained the function and fault very well. They have earned my future custom. Many thanks.

Had them do some work totalling £870 when I was invoiced I was charged £1045, when I pointed out the error I was told the final price is including VAT. Something they failed to tell me about beforehand. So I have basically been over charged. No wonder plumbers have such a bad reputation.

Mark did a brilliant job..

Fantastic and speedy service. Friday before Bank Holiday and we sprung a leak which meant we had to turn off water to the whole house. Came same afternoon and fixed within the hour. Friendly service both on phone and the men that came to fix it. Will definitely be using again, now I know why I always see your vans around!
