Excellent service and product from Shepley’s. New boiler installation as well as new shower and some additional plumbing work. Their quote was competitive although not the cheapest; but I didn’t want the cheapest I wanted people I could trust to do an excellent job. Derrick, Rob and Karl worked together and the result was a high quality finish. Will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Extremely disappointed with them. They visited 4 weeks ago and promised to let me know how much the parts I needed were and, despite me chasing them up twice, I still have not heard back from them. Have gone elsewhere and the job was done in less than a week.
