I called to get a quote and the woman on the other end had ZERO customer service skills. I was calling for a quote for septic pumping and she replied with “well what’s wrong with you”... I said ummm do I have the right number? Is this Bigfoot? She said yea but whats wrong... I was beside myself... I said in the beginning that I needed a quote for septic pumping.... then I said I only needed a one time service... she replies with “I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want an annual service”, I then had to say because I want to see how it goes with y’all first before I commit... why should I have even had to explain that to her? Unbelievable! I decided to go with Fairbanks Pumping and Thawing, they were so nice over the phone and super helpful.

Lady on the phone was RUDE! You just lost my business for good. I called...hi, we've had you guys come out before, looking to get scheduled Friday...her: NO....me:oh, excuse me?...her:NO! I dont schedule Fridays. Me:oh. Her: Do you have a problem?!. Me: I think I'll call around. Her: click. Yea.....screw you crazy lady. North Star Honey Wagon answered very nicely, scheduled for Friday, and were cheaper.

The woman I initially spoke with was so rude I went with another company. The other company wasn’t able to fix the issue, so my husband called Big Foot back. She told him that they would charge an after hour fee of $75 if they didn’t make it before 5pm. When I found out about the fee, I called back and was assured there would be no fee. Not even 20 minutes later the initial woman (Nicole) called back with way too much attitude and explained that the fee would stand and that she TOLD my husband it was because he called so late. I told her to remove our home from the list because it was cutting into kids bedtimes, and she got very aggressive and continued to criticize my husband. I told her to just go ahead and cancel us permanently and I’d call our usual company because they were cheaper with better customer service and ended the call. If you want terrible customer service feel free to contact Nicole at Big Foot. I won’t be using their services.

I used Bigfoot for almost 18 years before I moved. Never had a problem with service, the office or the driver. When the housing inspector (at sale time) said the tank needed to be pumped again (two days after it had been pumped) they were right on it. Good service is sometimes hard to find. Thanks Bigfoot!

I've used them for 18 years. Very quick response! Fixed my sewer problems with minimum mess, great guys, I highly recommend them.
