Less than 2 weeks ago, I called a different local company to thaw my septic line. They were extremely rude, tried to convince me that I needed a new pump, insulted my husband, expensive, and when I told the owner about my experience, he insulted me too! This time around, I called Fairbanks Pumping and Thawing. The gentlemen that came by were clean, courteous, professional, explained everything clearly, and the bill was even $50 cheaper! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fairbanks P&T!!

NNNOOOOO, no no no... Dont call these people. They dont care. They just tell you to " deal with it like they did in the old days". When theres sewer water with poo floating by while you are trying to work. Not professional at all. I would give negative stars if i could.
