We called PBS when our hot water heater failed early in winter. I rang early, before they opened, and the very helpful receptionist took my details and got back to me within 15 minutes. A plumber arrived an hour later and the problem (broken element) was fixed by mid-morning. By early afternoon we had hot water again. We were pleasantly surprised at the bill too, especially as they responded so quickly to our urgent request. Will definitely use these guys again.
