After paying full amount for the work and told that it would take 6 weeks for the work to be done (no problem with the time frame) there was no further contact. After waiting the 6 weeks we contacted them and I felt they had forgotten us. Job was done 3 weeks late, but happy with the work done. I think they should focus on better customer communication.

I am amazed how this company is still operational. I have been in contact via phone, email and their website trying to get a quote for a heatpump and insulation installed. Two months later I finally have a quote for insulation, however after pating the deposit of 50% I cannot get hold of anybody. They don’t respond to any contact. Bloody useless bunch! Agree with previous review: someone please open up competition in Invercargill! This shouldn’t be this hard.
