Very bad customer service. I left infuriated last week. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing I came in to get a washer or something to stop a leak from my water filter connector to the tap. Even I knew it needed a new washer or even some tape or an elastic band. The first person I spoke to said he had no idea what could possibly fit. I offered the suggestion of an elastic band or a new washer. He said none of their washers would fit. I asked to look anyway. He was right they didn't fit. My issue was then shown to someone else. I suggested the same, a washer or even an elastic band. He said he had never seen anything like the device and recommended in fact that I just give up and buy a new water filter !! Yeah right like I'm going to buy a new filter to replace mine which costs 5000 dollars and makes the best water in the world. It was actually insulting. I left and drove by another tap place. I went in and they said ah I know what you need. They showed me around the attachments I needed and said unfortunately they didn't have one to fit but would order me one and took my name and number. They said an interim solution would be to get some tape. They pointed me in the direction of another store where I bought.. you guessed it... some tape. I put this on my tap to cover the leak. That is it. Absolutely unbelievable. I will not be going back to this store.
