I was feeling stressed because I had rung 3 bigger plumbing businesses and they were all too busy to see me. I had discovered the night befgore a water pipe leaking into the wall. Mike answered and was able to respond to me within an hour and not only fixed the problem which was what I expected he would but also turned on hot water at a little used handbasin that I thought for the last 20 + years had no hot water facility - definitely use this plumber.

Called for a quote and was told quite rudely, "I'm not doing quotes at the moment I'm just too busy." Glad that you're busy, but new customers are important to business longevity. Would not recommend bothering with contacting this company.
