Recently had central heating installed by the YLP team. The process was painless, done quickly and as a result the house is warm and toasty 24/7!! Just had the first gas bill and the running cost of keeping us all warm and toasty was far less than expected. Amazing amazing amazing!!

#lifesavers ...Late one stormy Friday afternoon my gas hot-water system died. Roaring like a jumbo jet, I lost crucial minutes calling other lousy outfits that wouldn’t help till Monday. I was panicking till I found ‘YLP’ who flew to the rescue! They don’t muck about. Next time or any time I’ll call them first, coz they are!

Cowboys... send out just out of school apprentices who then phone and take pictures to send to boss Joel... to diagnose..... charge full rates for wrong diagnosis... paid in advance $630 for CCTV for leak detection which they subcontracted after 2 of YLplumbers had been out... in 2 minutes he cleaned out the gulley of stones and their was no more leakage... the other 2 YLplumber had not even looked at the gulley... but they still would not refund my $630... and went ahead with the cctv even tho the subcontractor Plumber said it was not necessary the problem was solved.... worst company ever..wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. From a Foster Mum..... struggling with bills and they even knew this. Shame on you YLp's. Wouldnt even give them one star if I could.
